Among the 59 groups of samples, 43 groups of samples were judged to be unqualified, and the unqualified rate was 72.88% (commodity quality spot checks and inspections by the industrial and commercial departments have certain pertinence, and the test results do not represent the overall quality level of market-circulating commodities).

For the unqualified LED lighting products in the sampling inspection results, the industry and commerce department has ordered the relevant operators to remove them from the counter according to law, and will investigate and deal with them in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Question 1: The logo is unqualified. The reporter learned from the Jilin Provincial Bureau of Industry and Commerce that among the LED lamps tested this time, the biggest problem is that the signs (logos, marks) are unqualified. Among them, 63.3% of the samples contained an unqualified item of "identification". According to the relevant person in charge of the Jilin Provincial Industrial and Commercial Bureau, the LED lamp does not indicate the rated current of the product. The rated current of electrical equipment refers to the allowable current of electrical equipment during long-term continuous operation under rated environmental conditions (ambient temperature, sunshine, altitude, installation conditions, etc.), and the current should not exceed its rated current when the electrical appliance is working, otherwise it may Hazardous conditions such as heat generation and burning occur. Some products have flashover (flashover) or breakdown phenomenon in the dielectric strength test, which may cause breakdown due to the use of poor-quality insulating materials or insufficient electrical clearance and creepage distance, causing damage to the lives and properties of users. security threat.

Question 5: The electrical strength is unqualified. From the perspective of electrical classification, LED fluorescent lamps belong to class II anti-shock type, which requires that the input of LED fluorescent lamps to accessible parts, and the input to the installation surface must meet the insulation resistance and dielectric strength requirements of reinforced insulation. At present, many LED fluorescent lamps can pass the insulation resistance test, but fail the dielectric strength test, which is mainly caused by the selection of the transformer for the built-in power supply and the installation position of the aluminum substrate of the LED module. Many enterprises choose to use non-isolated transformers for the purpose of cost saving or high power supply efficiency, which will result in the inability to meet the dielectric strength requirements of the reinforced insulation level between the input and output terminals of the built-in power supply. At the same time, since the aluminum substrate of the LED module is in direct contact with the metal casing during installation, the insulation level between the input terminal and the accessible parts cannot meet the electric strength requirements of the reinforced insulation level.
