A total of 19 batches of samples were collected, covering the main brands produced and sold in this city. IEC 62471: 2006 "Photobiological Safety of Lamps and Lamp Systems", IEC/TR 62471-2: 2009 "Photobiological Safety of Lamps and Lamp Systems" were adopted. Safety - Part II: Manufacturer's Guidelines", IEC/TR 62778:2012 "Application of Blue Light Hazard Assessment for Photobiological Safety of Light Sources and Luminaires", GB/T 20145:2006 "Photobiological Safety of Lamps and Lamp Systems" and other standards It is required to carry out risk monitoring on blue light damage items with built-in LED flashlights in smartphones.

After inspection, the blue light damage of 19 batches of products with built-in LED flashlights are all Class 1 hazards (low risk), that is, under normal exposure conditions, the light is not a biological hazard. Based on this risk monitoring situation, the Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau issued a quality and safety warning to the whole society: mobile phone manufacturers should pay attention to the quality and safety of LED products in mobile phones, and reasonably control the color temperature and brightness of LEDs.
